Unzip all files to a directory such as c:\DXMON.
Use Netscape or any browser to read the documentation in
DXMON.HTM before using the program.
If you are upgrading, just replace the dxmon.exe file in your current
DX Monitor directory.
You may also want to replace the CTY.DAT file if yours is older.
This is a beta test version. Please report any unusual messages
or problems that you encounter to peterj@benlo.com.
I have not created an INSTALL or SETUP program because in Windows 95,
this can almost double the size of the download package. But I have
had one complaint from a user who did not know how to handle installation
without one. Is this a general need? It is no big deal for me to make
one. Please let me know what you think.
DX Monitor is freeware. Distribute freely.

a message to ct-user-request@ve7tcp.ampr.org with the text
